After the project is put into operation, the main products are widely used in wind power generation, oil and gas exploitation, rail transit, textile, pharmaceutical and other fields, and Poly has built an important domestic polyurethane new materials and polyether amine industrial base. 75,000 tons/year polyether amine (terminal amino polyether) project As an annual output of 100,000 tons of polyurethane new materials and supporting products construction project, polyether amine plant covers an area of 300 acres, invested by Sincere group, the main construction of polyurethane, polyether amine production workshop and auxiliary facilities, purchase equipment 2123 sets (sets). The process is green and low-carbon, with the international advanced level.
After the project is completed and put into operation, SSZ project will realize extended chain polymerization with the advantage of Adipic acid raw materials from Shanghai Chembroad new materials co.,ltd. The total production capacity of polyether amine can reach 75,000 tons/year, ranking first in Asia, and more than 30 product models can provide personalized customized services for downstream enterprises.
